One-on-One training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual goals and get the most out of your time in our facility.
Within personal training, your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals related to health, fitness and/or sport. Then, design a program specifically targeted at improving your weaknesses and optimizing your strengths.
Private Group Coaching is also offered at Collierville Fitness for groups of 2-3 individuals. This is a great option if you and one or two of your friends/peers have specific training objectives, are training for a specific event or simply would like more individual attention than is offered in our group classes. Plus, the cost is significantly less since you’re splitting it with a few others.
