Couch to CrossFit & CrossFit 101
This is a small group class meeting 3 days a week for 2 weeks. You will be exposed to CrossFit moves and lifts that are adapted to your potential. Following the 6 class intro you move into Unlimited CrossFit classes of your choice. It is designed to take you from minimal or no fitness to beginning CrossFit. This is a great way to jumpstart a lifestyle change. All fitness levels are welcome.
Personal Training and Skill Sessions
$65 per hour per person

Mobility or Skill Session One Participant
$40 per 30 minutes
We welcome all visitors! We require three months previous strength and conditioning experience to drop into one of our CrossFit classes. The fee to drop in is $25/visit. For those who are visiting for an extended period of time, we offer several short term memberships including a one week unlimited pass. We do not require advance registration for drop-ins.
