Picking the right gym is an important decision. We invite you to try us for a special 1 month introductory rate. This gives you the opportunity to meet some of our members, experience our coaching, and check out our facility. You will have immediate access to all of our Unlimited CrossFit classes. Couch to CrossFit & CrossFit 101
This is a small group class meeting 3 days a week for 2 weeks. You will be exposed to CrossFit moves and lifts that are adapted to your potential. Following the 6 class intro you move into Unlimited CrossFit classes of your choice. It is designed to take you from minimal or no fitness to beginning CrossFit. This is a great way to jumpstart a lifestyle change. All fitness levels are welcome.
Personal Training and Skill Sessions
$65 per hour per person
$50 per hour per person
$40 per hour per person
$30 per hour per person
Mobility or Skill Session One Participant
$40 per 30 minutes
We welcome all visitors! We require three months previous strength and conditioning experience to drop into one of our CrossFit classes. The fee to drop in is $25/visit. For those who are visiting for an extended period of time, we offer several short term memberships including a one week unlimited pass. We do not require advance registration for drop-ins. FREE - First Saturday of the Month
The first Saturday of every month is free at 9:00am. This gives you an opportunity to check out the fun we have while working out. It is designed to introduce you to CrossFit moves that are adapted to your potential. This is a great way to jumpstart a lifestyle change.
